KILN started with a simple idea: the work you do after training deserves the same care as the training itself. Most of us plan our sessions down to the set and the split, then finish the day with nothing more than a quick stretch and a cold car seat.
We wanted something better for that moment. A calm, deliberate ritual that fits into real life: the locker room, the car after padel, the sofa after a long ride.
What we make
KILN Knee brings soothing heat, relaxing vibration and a warm red-light glow together in one cordless shell. Strap it on, press start, and give yourself fifteen quiet minutes. It is a comfort and recovery-ritual tool, not a medical treatment, and we will always talk about it that way.
